We offer free UK shipping for orders over £150.

Click & Collect

Simply add the item to your Shopping Bag and select Collect From Store at Checkout. Orders may be collected from store the same day if ordered before 1pm, orders placed after 1pm will be available for collection the following day. Please present your order confirmation on collection. The Store is open for collections Wednesday to Monday between 12pm – 4pm. If you have any questions regarding your order please email

Gift Wrapping

If you would like your order gift wrapped please email or add a note at checkout. Gift wrapping is complimentary.

Website Delivery

You can place your order online, by email or over the phone. Items are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK and are therefore fully insured. If your item is in stock and payment is cleared, your order will be delivered within 2 – 4 working days. If you require an item urgently we suggest you contact us by phone, to check availability and delivery times.

We carry most items in stock, however, occasionally, there may be items on re-order or which need to be specially made for you. We will make every effort to have Special or Bespoke Orders completed for you in as short a time as possible, however we do advise customers that if there are special requests this can take between 5 and 6 weeks. If an item is out of stock, a member of our Customer Service team will inform you as soon as possible by email advising you as to when you may expect delivery of your order.

Delivery to addresses within the UK is by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed by 1pm in two business days. Please note that there are some areas within the UK where we cannot guarantee delivery before 1pm the next day. Parcels will need to be signed for in person so please state your delivery address as an address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no-one is available to receive a Special Delivery item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.

International Delivery

We offer free International shipping for orders over £550.

Delivery to EU addresses should arrive within 3-5 working days. Deliveries to the US and the Rest Of The World should arrive within 5-7 working days for the US and 7-10 working days for the rest of the world. Parcels will need to be signed for in person so please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at (home or work). If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

Delivery times in Europe, the US and the Rest of the World are estimated and cannot be guaranteed as this is outwith our control. Should your item not arrive when expected please contact us and we will endeavour to help in any way we can. Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.


International Orders & Return Policy

At this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders. All items purchased online via and shipped outside of the UK are considered final sale. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with questions or concerns: – we’ll do our best to provide honest and speedy service, and assist you with your online shopping.


UK Online Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy. Please note that any purchases made in-store will need to be returned to us in-store and refunds are not issued for these purchases. If the return meets the criteria listed below an exchange or credit note will be issued.

Online Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Online Return Process

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging. The item must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase to be accepted. Please mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured method to mail your return such as Royal Mail Special Delivery as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.

Online Purchase Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


All Made To Order, Resized Rings or Bespoke Commissions are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. For bespoke commissions a 50% deposit or 100% payment is taken at beginning of commission, please note all deposits and bespoke payments are non refundable and non exchangeable. 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Our in-store returns policy allows for exchange only within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned to us unworn and in their original condition. (Exclusions apply***)

We are able to extend to one-month gift extension receipt if requested at time of purchase.

A receipt must be provided on return to allow for exchange or credit note. If an item for exchange can’t be chosen on return date a credit note will be issued which is valid for one year.


· We do not exchange or refund any plated or coated earrings for hygiene reasons

· All made to order, special orders and rings which have been resized are subject to our made to orders terms, which are non-exchangeable or non-refundable.

· Sale items which are purchased in-store are non-exchangeable
