The Ingrid Knit Ring is crafted in 9ct yellow gold using Ebba Goring’s signature process of transforming knitted forms into fine jewellery. Ten small diamonds are delicately set within the gold, their soft shimmer enhancing the intricacy of the knit and reflecting the artist’s fusion of traditional craft and refined design.
Each design begins life as cotton thread, stitched by Ebba in her studio in Scotland. The thread is moulded and cast in wax before being transformed into solid metal through the ancient lost wax casting technique, translating textile threads into future heirlooms.
