Burn Anne Ashurpanipal Ring

The Burn Anne Ashurbanipal Ring features a rare Scottish Burn Anne agate with fine, undulating bands of yellow, pale pink, red, orange and white. The broad stone face showcases the intricate natural patterning of the agate, finished with 18ct yellow gold details and band.

Inspired by Neolithic and Bronze Age stone carving, Sian Evans’ jewellery explores the enduring qualities of stone and precious metals. Sian often personally sources and hand-carves the stones using traditional lapidary techniques, as well as alloying her own precious metals. Involved in every stage of the making process, her work celebrates ancient craftsmanship, carefully selected materials and techniques that have endured for thousands of years.
