Cheops Ring

The Tay Agate Cheops Ring features a finely banded agate sourced from the Tay Estuary in Scotland, set on an 18ct yellow gold band. Soft icy blue and lavender tones run through the elongated stone, with its delicate natural banding creating subtle shifts in colour across the surface.

Inspired by Neolithic and Bronze Age stone carving, Sian Evans’ jewellery explores the enduring qualities of stone and precious metals. Sian often personally sources and hand-carves the stones using traditional lapidary techniques, as well as alloying her own precious metals. Involved in every stage of the making process, her work celebrates ancient craftsmanship, carefully selected materials and techniques that have endured for thousands of years.
