The 'Lobster is the next step in Fraser Hamilton's 'Grande Tableau' series - the pendants explore the notion of discovery with moments and materials in elemental flux. Referencing the compositions of canonical still life paintings, a tableau of assembled objects in minutiae is presented to the observer. When worn, the perspective of the forms and shapes are shifted inviting the wearer to look closely and discover the image.
Each Fraser Hamilton design is hand carved from wax and cast into precious metals in his South London Studio.
